Terms and Conditions


1. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Any material you supply to us will remain confidential at all times and will not be made available for any third parties to view.

b. We will not disclose any information provided by you to any third parties.

c. We will not use any of your material to promote our business without your permission.

d. We may occasionally contact you to inform you of special offers. If you would prefer us not to do this then please advise us in writing and we will remove your details from our mailing list.

2. Safety of your original material

a. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of your original material.

b. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of your material due to old age or material defects.

c. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the material which occurs during transit. Any disputes you may have in this regard should be taken up with Royal Mail.

3. Problems with disk

a. If upon receipt the DVD does not play in your DVD player please notify us immediately, send the DVD back to us for inspection, together with details of the make and model of your player and we will endeavour to rectify the matter. However, you should be aware that DVD-R and DVD+R disks are not 100% compatible with all DVD players. If you are in any doubt about compatibility there are a number of ways in which you can obtain compatibility information:

From your equipment supplier;

ii.

From the manufacturer;

iii.

From us;

b. It is your responsibility to treat your DVDs with care as we cannot be held responsible for DVDs damaged through mishandling (eg scratches or fingermarks)

4. Copyright and obscene material

a. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you certify that all material supplied to us is copyright free or you hold the copyright to it.

i.

We will not reproduce any material which we know to be copyright unless you can provide us with written evidence that you have been granted permission by the copyright holder to use the material.

ii.

If your original material contains any piece of copyright music (eg hymns, pop songs, live performances) we will need to obtain a copyright music licence in order to reproduce that music. The price for this licence starts from £79.90.

b. You certify that the material supplied to us does not contain any patented information or infringement of the Official Secrets Act.

c. We will not reproduce any obscene or pornographic material.

d. We reserve the right to cancel your order should we subsequently find that the material you have provided falls into any of the above categories, and if necessary to contact the relevant authorities.

5. Disclaimers

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of business, reputation, or goodwill experienced by you as a result of the DVD being incompatible with any DVD players.

6. Delivery

a. We use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for all packages. This method provides us with a unique reference number for each package so that in the event of your DVDs or original material not being received by you within a reasonable time-frame we can track the movements of these packages with Royal Mail and rectify the situation.

b. We send your copies and original material in separate packages. Your copies will be despatched first, and once you have confirmed receipt in writing/by email, and that you are satisfied with the finished DVD(s) we will then return your original material. This guarantees that in the event of one package going astray, there is still a copy of the material in one form or another.

7. Prices

a. All our prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.

b. We reserve the right to vary our prices at any time. However, once an order has been placed and payment received you will not incur any additional costs unless you change the specifications of the agreed order.

8. Time taken to complete your job

We will advise you when you place your order of the estimated time to complete the job but we reserve the right to adjust this should circumstances change. We will always advise you of any changes.
