Filming Packages from £125
We offer a professional, discreet filming and editing service
to give you a video you can enjoy for years to come.
We offer various filming packages which include filming your event,
editing it, adding titles and providing you with the finished result
on DVD or VHS.
If you have the DVD option we will include, if you wish, a simple
4 chapter menu to allow you to move to different points on the
video. Additional chapter points are available as an optional extra
- see below. We will supply your DVD/VHS in a full size case with
the title on the disc/tape and case label.
NB If more than 30 minutes of
copyright music is used in the final programme - this includes
any music recorded from discos, bands and even hymns then an additional
music copyright licence needs to be obtained (30 minutes is included
in the package price). The price for this is detailed below.
We can use your own picture on the disc/label if required (if
DVD please bear in mind the hole in the middle!). This can either
be a picture supplied by you or an image captured from your footage.

optional extras available which you may wish to include in your

Payment
A booking fee of 20% of the package price is required to confirm
and hold the booking - until this is received and cleared, if paying
by cheque, the booking is not confirmed. The remainder of the money
is due no later than 1month before the event. If you cancel our
services up to 1 month before the event then the booking fee is
fully refundable, after this time then the following rules apply:
If cancellation takes place
4-3 weeks before then 75% of the fee is refundable
3-2 weeks before then 50% of the fee is refundable
2 weeks or less before the event then none of the fee is refundable except
at our discretion
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cheques or POs in Pounds Sterling Please make all
cheques payable to “12 Knights Multimedia”
You can either send the total amount with your order if you are sure of the
cost or else contact us with all your details and we will calculate the cost
for you. When the funds have cleared (cheques only - 5 working days) we will
process your job. If at any time you are unsure about anything then
please don't hesitate to contact us.
